At Honey Paws Collection, we want you and your pet to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returned, including opened pet supplements, used pet products, and perishable items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
